AQUITY uses innovative tools and approaches to improve provider knowledge and skills. We have developed and deployed tools for competency measurement as well as for building proficiency and competencies of health care workers. We have introduced Low Dose High Frequency as well as other staff mentoring approaches to improve human resources capacity.
